• Single-zone, packaged roof-mounted air conditioning units
• Plumbing design covered domestic plumbing systems, design of grease waste systems for future restaurant spaces, condensate and roof drain piping

Client: Rasmussen & Associates

• A 27,000 square foot automotive dealership
• Packaged rooftop air conditioning units serving the showroom and office areas and ventilation fans serving the parts storage area
• Domestic plumbing design for main building as well as trench drain, area drain, and a grease/oil interceptor serving a 41,000 square foot service building
