Principal, has led the company since opening the office in April 1981. He is currently a licensed mechanical engineer in California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Missouri, and he is also a member of ASHRAE. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. The aspect of his job that Don most enjoys is coming up with creative solutions in solving unusual and difficult problems for our clients. Outside of work, he enjoys competing in triathlons, fly fishing, and hunting on his grandfather’s ranch in Monterey County.
Senior Mechanical Designer, has worked at Nibecker & Associates since November 1981 providing the bulk of our plumbing designs. Bob is a member of ASPE and functions as a Project Manager in our office. He most enjoys the wide variety of building types that our office has the opportunity to work on. Bob also enjoys hiking, playing Texas hold’em, and watching his boys’ water polo games and downhill skateboard races.
Office Manager, has worked for our firm since October 1984. Kim’s duties include payroll, billing, 401K, office supplies and handling the myriad of requirements necessary to stay in business today. Kim is an integral part of our office and is key to our success as a firm. The part of her job that Kim enjoys most is the relationships with her coworkers and company clients. Outside of work, she most enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Mechanical Designer, has worked for our firm since March 2007. She is currently attending Ventura College majoring in architecture and interior design. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado in Brazil where she is originally from. The thing she enjoys most about her job is the fact that it is never the same day to day because every project is different from the next. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog, going to rock concerts, and traveling with her husband.
